I am a doctoral student at the Iowa State University (ISU) Department of Statistics and a research assistant at the Center for Survey Statistics and Methodology (CSSM), an academic center in the ISU Statistical Laboratory that specializes in the research and practice for sample surveys. My research is organized into three tracks: segmentation and change detection on image time series; modeling quality of life in rural towns and improving townspeople opinion polling; and, matrix sampling (a.k.a., split-questionnaire design).
